Balancing Yin and Yang Energies-the Key to Harmony, Health and Happiness

In Chinese medicine, its said that all illnesses are a byproduct of the imbalance between Yin and Yang energies. It's very true in our own experience.
Over the last few years we have been deeply involved in underpinning the root cause of suffering between couples. In many cases our findings led us to this same principle, couples are struggling to find a balance between their male and female energies.

Below we are giving some tips how to balance your Yin and Yang energies.

1. As it is energy, it's going to be a constant moving phenomenon. You have to keep maintaining the balance of active and receptive energies like a tightrope walker. When you lean too much towards masculine, you have to remember to lean back to your feminine and vice versa. Take it as a play during your daily life to be aware in which energy you are operating and remember to maintain a balance between active and receptive energies. This actually a wonderful way to heighten your awareness going along your day.

2. Balance the Yin and Yang energies inside yourself. For this, we suggest you one of our favourite meditations coming from the mystic Osho. It is the Golden Light Meditation. These are the instructions:

Simply lie down, as you are lying down in your bed, on your back. Keep your eyes closed. When you breathe in, just visualize great light entering through your head into your body, as if a sun has risen close to your head – golden light pouring into your head. You are just hollow and the golden light is pouring into your head, going?going?going?deep?deep, and going out through your toes.
When you breathe in, do it with this visualization. 
And when you breathe out, visualize another thing: darkness entering through your toes – a great, dark river entering through your toes, coming up and going out through the head. Do slow, deep breathing so you can visualize. Go very slowly. 
To repeat: breathing in, let golden light come into you through your head, because it is there the Golden Flower is waiting. That golden light will help. It will cleanse your whole body and will make it absolutely full of creativity – this is male energy. 
Then when you exhale, let darkness, the darkest you can conceive, like a dark night, river-like, come upward from your toes – this is feminine energy: it will soothe you, it will make you receptive, it will calm you, it will give you rest – and let it go out of the head. 
Then inhale again, and golden light enters in.

3. Explore how your Inner Man and Women function-getting to know your masculine and feminine imprints is a key step towards knowing how these energies influence your life. Practice meditations, which blend these energies and activate the love union between these energies- More your Inner Man and Inner Woman are united, in harmony and playful the more it will be reflected in your outside relationship. So whenever you have time to meditate, then you can allow these masculine and feminine within you making love and uniting with each other.
